[Museumfriends] Update and Morpeth Herald article

Today's Morpeth Herald carried an article under the title "Decision 
day looms for the Chantry". This does not really provide any new 
iinformation. Chris Jennings is quoted as saying "The report on the 
Chantry will go to the first meeting of the Council's new executive 
formed as a result of the recent all-party coalition"

We understand that this will be in late May. He goes on to say " We 
would expect recommendations to be made at that meeting and some 
significant decisions to be taken." 

As I remember, the GMC  meeting which authorised the feasibility 
studies, also specified that Chantry decisions would be taken by full 
council.  We await developments!
