measured drawings, a catalogue etc could be put up on the internet'

The weakness of this, tactically, is that the Dunbars of this world would see 
it as 'proof' that a real rather than a virtual museum, in the Chantry or 
elsewhere, is unnecessary. The cost of doing it properly would not be cheap - 
what did FARNE cost? And at the end of the day the collections might still be in 
a crate somewhere, which is the last thing we want.
