[Museumfriends] Update 16th August

To all subscribers

This is one of the semi-regular bi-weekly messages to reassure you 
that the list is functioning.

We currently have 41 listmembers. I am going to start sending e-mails 
to people who are not members, but might (or should) be interested 
inthe future of the museum.

I have put some ideas about organisation and a call for volunteers on 
a web page. You can find this at:

There are no links to this page from the rest of the website. This is 
to make the page private to subscribers of this list without going to 
the bother of passwords and stuff.

Please can I emphasise at this point that although I may have started 
the ball rolling, this is emphatically not a project I wish to "own", 
and I welcome volunteers to share the limelight.
